Senior Product Manager, Enterprise AI Platform
Location: Paris or London (Hybrid - 3 days/week in office)

About the role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team working on our Enterprise AI Platform. You will own product strategy and execution, working closely with product engineering, design, research, and forward-deployed teams, to continue building the platform that supports the enterprise deployment of our frontier agents and models. We are looking for a technically savvy Product Manager who is excited about building for real-world operational use cases and is able to synthesize cross-deployments learnings into a high-leverage platform.

Key responsibilities:
- Define the vision and roadmap for our Enterprise AI platform.
- Understand key enterprise use cases and pain points through deep engagement with forward deployed teams, turning common pain points into high leverage features.
- Partner with research, engineering and design teams to translate AI capabilities into useful product features.
- Own product lifecycle from ideation through launch.
Requirements:
- Have 5+ years of experience in product management or related experience.
- Proven track record of building and deploying B2B Enterprise products.
- Relentless focus on solving real user problems, backed by both quantitative data and qualitative insights.
- Low ego and high EQ. You build trust and drive decisions through clarity, not hierarchy.
- Ability to balance big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving. Comfortable crafting roadmaps and diving into metrics.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments, collaborating with diverse teams.
- Self-directed with a bias for action. You can navigate unknowns and own outcomes end-to-end.
- Clear and crisp communicator. You bring clarity to complex problems and tailor storytelling to your audience.
- Thrive in high-velocity, dynamic settings where priorities shift quickly.
- English fluency.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on familiarity with GenAI, LLMs or ML-driven products.
- Ability to prototype, hack, or dive into code when needed (even if not a core responsibility).
Location:
Paris or London.
This role is hybrid, and you are expected to be in the office 3 days a week on average.
Please expect some travel between offices on a reasonable cadence (e.g., every 4-6 weeks).
