The brand has already made waves in the industry with their innovative products and are now looking for a really foodie, proactive and action orientated Senior Product Manager (FTC) to own the NPD pipeline, drive cross-functional alignment and bring lip smackin’ commercially successful products to market, at pace.
This role sits at the heart of the business – helping to shape innovation and drive deliciously disruptive products.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Product you will play a key role in the development of new products, managing the critical path from ideation stage through to concept approval and to launch. You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring a Product Developer.
- Support the Head of Product with roadmap planning and portfolio optimisation, identifying innovation opportunities, range gaps and SKU rationalisation needs.
- Work with Marketing to interpret and translate insights and trends into early-stage concepts.
- Apply stage and gate process timelines throughout to ensure products are commercially viable, meet business KPI’s, and fall in line with budgets and timescales.
- Use your experience to ensure any redesigns or pricing changes are implemented swiftly.
- Constantly review the performance of your ranges, identifying new opportunities in the market to ensure this prominent brand manufacturer stays ahead of its competitors.
- Work closely with Technical teams, always championing best in class quality as well as co-ordinating packaging development and artwork.

The Person
We’re looking for a Product Developer who is ready to step up into a more senior, high profile role and can make an impact with this amazing brand.
- Your NPD experience could be from food manufacturing, an established brand or challenger brand where innovation has been at the heart of the business and you have excelled at navigating ambiguity and complexity.
- As a real foodie you will be creative and agile in your approach to NPD whilst also being process driven and commercially aware, to help drive long and short-term projects with the correct brand and consumer agenda.
- You enjoy working at pace and thrive working in a cross-functional capacity where you are highly adept at influencing to achieve results.
