This role is a 18 month Fixed Term Contract

As Senior Product Manager for the Identity domain at giffgaff, you'll own the vision, strategy and outcomes for one of the business’s most important platform capabilities. Identity sits at the heart of the member experience, enabling secure access, protecting customer trust and supporting sustainable growth. In this role, you'll define the long-term direction of the product area, balancing commercial opportunities, security priorities, regulatory requirements and member needs to deliver meaningful business impact.

You'll work with a high degree of autonomy, shaping investment decisions, influencing senior stakeholders and driving initiatives that span multiple teams and business functions. Partnering closely with engineering, security, data, legal and commercial teams, you'll lead the evolution of the identity ecosystem, ensuring it remains scalable, trusted and fit for the future. Alongside delivering strategic outcomes, you'll play a key leadership role in developing product excellence, mentoring others and helping to foster a culture of accountability, experimentation and continuous improvement across the wider product community.

You'll be equally comfortable setting long-term strategy and rolling up your sleeves to guide delivery, making informed trade-offs between speed, quality, risk and value. Success in this role comes from combining strategic thinking, strong stakeholder leadership and data-driven decision making to create seamless experiences for members while strengthening a critical platform capability for the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
