Shape the future of enterprise technology
We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of product, commercial strategy, and customer success.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing technology business undergoing significant investment and expansion. You'll play a pivotal role in taking innovative products from development through to successful market launch, ensuring customers, sales teams, and commercial stakeholders are fully equipped to maximize their impact.
Rather than owning a traditional product roadmap, you'll focus on turning great products into commercially successful solutions.
The Opportunity
- Working closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Solution Consulting teams, you'll bridge the gap between product development and commercial success.
- You'll own the go-to-market journey by developing compelling value propositions, validating customer use cases, managing early adopter programs, and ensuring every product launches with confidence.
- This role is perfect for someone who enjoys bringing people together, influencing senior stakeholders, and helping products achieve real commercial success.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop compelling product value propositions that clearly articulate customer and business value.
- Define and validate customer use cases alongside Product and technical teams.
- Lead early adopter and pilot programs, gathering customer feedback and measurable success metrics.
- Translate pilot outcomes into credible commercial messaging and proof points.
- Create sales enablement materials including playbooks, demo guides, objection handling, and presentation content.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Help prioritize opportunities across a portfolio of innovative products.
- Present recommendations and launch readiness to senior business stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor positioning to strengthen product messaging.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
