Senior Product Manager
Content Guru is a leading global provider of enterprise cloud Customer Experience (CX) and contact centre solutions, and we are at the forefront of the Generative AI evolution.
We’re looking for a strategic and commercially minded Senior Product Manager to lead the development of new products and enhancements across our portfolio. What we are looking for…
We’re seeking an experienced Product Manager with strong leadership capability and a collaborative approach to cross-functional working. You’ll act as Product Owner within Agile development teams, steering product direction, prioritising backlogs, and guiding Product Managers in key decision-making. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Sales, Solution Consultants, Project Management and Marketing teams to ensure our product developments align with business strategy, meet customer needs, and deliver commercial value.
Location…
This role is based in our Bracknell, Berkshire head office. Travel within the UK and internationally will be required.
Key responsibilities of the role…
Product Ownership & Delivery: Fulfil the Product Owner role for product sprints Collate and refine backlog items Prioritise the product backlog in line with business objectives Make informed design decisions Ensure development teams deliver the work committed to at the end of each sprint Resolve conflicts in customer priorities and manage escalations effectively

Strategy & Commercial Focus: Ensure product changes are aligned with overall business strategy Make decisions that take commercial considerations into account Contribute to and maintain the quarterly product roadmap Drive strong customer uptake of new features and enhancements
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide product knowledge to Sales and Solution Consultants to assist with bids Share delivery timeframes with the Project Management team Liaise with Engineering to ensure the priority of bugs and enhancements is clearly understood Work with Marketing to ensure customers are kept up-to-date with product developments
Customer Engagement & Communication: Deliver monthly webinars sharing product news Lead quarterly roadmap sessions Host quarterly user forums Hold ad hoc meetings with customers to share product vision and gather feedback
About you…
Degree or equivalent experience A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Product Management Strong Agile experience, ideally as a Product Owner Experience in telecommunications essential Contact centre experience desirable Knowledge of Agile processes (JIRA desirable) Commercially aware with the ability to make balanced, informed decisions Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills Detail-oriented with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on delivery
