Product Manager – HealthTech

📍 Hybrid | 2 days/week in-office (Canary Wharf, London)
🕒 Full-time
💰 £70k - £85k (depending on experience)

We're partnering with a fast-growing HealthTech business that's investing heavily in its product function and looking for an experienced Product Manager to own key customer journeys and help shape how product is built as the company scales. This is a high-impact role for someone who loves solving complex problems, leading discovery, and building products that genuinely improve people's lives. You'll work closely with engineering, design and operational teams to deliver meaningful customer outcomes—not just features.

🚀 The opportunity

This is an opportunity to join a business that's early in its product maturity, meaning you'll have real influence over both what gets built and how product is done. You'll own some of the most important customer journeys, balancing discovery and delivery while helping establish product best practices, evidence-led decision making, and a strong culture of experimentation. If you enjoy ambiguity, asking difficult questions and turning insight into action, you'll thrive here.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
