SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER (HEALTH-TECH SCALEUP) | £85K | LONDON HYBRID
Few&Far are working with a B2B SaaS HealthTech Scaleup (Series B) to hire a Permanent Senior Product Manager, to own a business unit focused on complex workforce compliance and operational software used across the NHS!
The company is roughly 130 people strong and is currently modernising and integrating a recently acquired product suite into their core platform. It is a highly strategic individual contributor role where you will drive the roadmap, collaborate closely with engineering on AWS migrations, and help mentor junior peers.

They are offering a base salary of £80K - £85K (potential to flex to £90K for the right candidate) and it will be hybrid working 2-3 days in London.
Essential Requirements:
- HealthTech Experience
- Experience and awareness of public sector governance, NHS procurement, and NHS user archetypes
- Experience in a scaleup/larger startup environment -> used to a fast paced way of working with multiple product releases per month
- Highly expansive strategic thinker, rather than a pure delivery driver
- Customer obsessed and willing to regularly visit NHS trust sites
- B2B SaaS Experience
