Senior Product Manager, HRIS Integrations

Our partner is seeking a Senior Product Manager, HRIS Integrations based in the United Kingdom. This role focuses on building and scaling a global ecosystem of HRIS integrations, connecting enterprise HR systems with payroll, EOR, and contractor platforms to ensure seamless, accurate, and compliant data flows across international environments.

About the Role

Acting at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer experience, you’ll translate customer needs into scalable technical integration solutions. This involves collaboration with APIs, partner systems, and internal engineering teams to deliver high-quality integrations that synchronise workforce data seamlessly, driving a frictionless experience for global customers.

Operating in a fast-paced, distributed environment, you’ll shape the product direction while executing with excellence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex systems challenges with a strong technical and customer-centric focus.

Accountabilities

  • Own the strategy, design, and execution of HRIS integrations, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and compliant with global regulations.
  • Define and lead integration architecture and data flow design across HRIS, payroll, EOR, and contractor systems, prioritising accuracy, scalability, and multi-region compliance.
  • Translate customer and partner requirements into technical product specifications, including:
    • API behaviour and authentication flows
    • Data mapping strategies
    • Edge case handling
  • Prioritise integration roadmap initiatives based on customer impact, technical feasibility, and business value, balancing competing stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, GTM, sales, and customer success teams to deliver seamless integration experiences and resolve blockers.
  • Maintain high standards of reliability, observability, and data quality, including:
    • Monitoring sync performance
    • Error handling and recovery
  • Serve as the primary advocate for external HRIS and payroll partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring successful integration delivery.
  • Define and track key product metrics, such as:
    • Integration adoption and retention rates
    • Sync success rates
    • Customer satisfaction (CSAT) and NPS for integration products

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
