Senior Product Manager, HRIS Integrations
Our partner is seeking a Senior Product Manager, HRIS Integrations based in the United Kingdom. This role focuses on building and scaling a global ecosystem of HRIS integrations, connecting enterprise HR systems with payroll, EOR, and contractor platforms to ensure seamless, accurate, and compliant data flows across international environments.
About the Role
Acting at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer experience, you’ll translate customer needs into scalable technical integration solutions. This involves collaboration with APIs, partner systems, and internal engineering teams to deliver high-quality integrations that synchronise workforce data seamlessly, driving a frictionless experience for global customers.
Operating in a fast-paced, distributed environment, you’ll shape the product direction while executing with excellence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex systems challenges with a strong technical and customer-centric focus.
Accountabilities
- Own the strategy, design, and execution of HRIS integrations, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and compliant with global regulations.
- Define and lead integration architecture and data flow design across HRIS, payroll, EOR, and contractor systems, prioritising accuracy, scalability, and multi-region compliance.
- Translate customer and partner requirements into technical product specifications, including:
- API behaviour and authentication flows
- Data mapping strategies
- Edge case handling
- Prioritise integration roadmap initiatives based on customer impact, technical feasibility, and business value, balancing competing stakeholder needs.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, GTM, sales, and customer success teams to deliver seamless integration experiences and resolve blockers.
- Maintain high standards of reliability, observability, and data quality, including:
- Monitoring sync performance
- Error handling and recovery
- Serve as the primary advocate for external HRIS and payroll partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring successful integration delivery.
- Define and track key product metrics, such as:
- Integration adoption and retention rates
- Sync success rates
- Customer satisfaction (CSAT) and NPS for integration products

Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on technical, API-driven, or platform environments.
- Proven ability to bridge business needs with engineering execution.
- Hands-on technical capability, including:
- Proficiency with tools like Cursor or Claude Code (or equivalent)
- Ability to read, debug, and prototype code
- Strong understanding of HRIS/payroll/workforce systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, HiBob, ADP, tamar, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Experience working with:
- APIs, data models, integration patterns, and distributed systems in production environments
- Stakeholder management skills to align engineering, business, and partner priorities effectively.
- Customer-centric mindset with deep empathy for enterprise user workflows and operational pain points.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, global, asynchronous environments while managing ambiguity and shifting priorities.
