Senior Product Manager, HRIS Integrations
Senior Product Manager, HRIS Integrations
Based in the United Kingdom
Our partner company is looking for a Senior Product Manager specialising in HRIS integrations to drive the development of a global ecosystem that connects enterprise HR systems with payroll, Employment of Record (EOR), and contractor platforms. This role focuses on designing seamless data flows that prioritise accuracy, compliance, and reliability across complex international environments.
Acting as the bridge between product, engineering, and customer experience, you’ll translate business needs into scalable technical solutions while collaborating with APIs, external partners, and internal teams to deliver exceptional integrations. Your work will shape how workforce data syncs across platforms, ensuring a frictionless experience for global customers in a fast-paced, distributed setting.
About the Role
This is a technical product management opportunity at the intersection of user-centric design and scalable engineering. You’ll drive product strategy, architecture, and execution for HRIS integrations while ensuring alignment with customer needs, global compliance, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate brings a deep technical background, strong customer empathy, and the ability to navigate ambiguous cross-functional environments. If you relish solving complex systems problems—where data flows, API contracts, and regulatory hurdles intersect—this role offers the perfect platform to make a high-impact contribution.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Architecture
- Define and lead the architecture and data flow design across HRIS (e.g., Workday, BambooHR), payroll, EOR, and contractor systems, ensuring scalability, accuracy, and compliance in multi-regional environments.
- Map out long-term integration roadmaps, prioritising initiatives based on customer impact, technical feasibility, and business value.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and GTM teams to ensure integrations align with user workflows and operational efficiency.
Technical & Business Translation
- Translate customer and partner requirements into clear technical specifications, including:
- API behavior & rate limits
- Authentication flows (OAuth, SAML, etc.)
- Data mapping diagrams
- Error handling & edge-case scenarios
- Work closely with API teams to shape contracts, payload formats, and versioning.
- Prototype and validate integration patterns in production-like environments.
Stakeholder & Partner Management
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and HRIS/payroll vendor partners (e.g., ADP, Ultimate Software, Deel, Remote), ensuring timely delivery and smooth onboarding.
- Represent the product at customer-facing demonstrations and vendor stakeholder meetings.
- Drive partnership alignment to resolve data discrepancies, compliance gaps, or technical blockages.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
