Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our Identity Verification solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker and customer-focused innovator who can drive product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution, ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients in a digital-first economy. Partnering with cross-functional teams, the Senior Product Manager will help accelerate the adoption of Entrust’s identity verification products across geographies, including financial services and their sub-verticals.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap Development
- Define a market-driven product vision aligned with organizational goals.
- Own and maintain the product roadmap, taking industry trends, customer feedback, and business objectives into account.
- Identify unique opportunities to innovate in the identity verification space while ensuring regulatory compliance and scalability across diverse industries.
Customer Research & Insights
- Analyze and deeply understand customer needs in identity verification workflows, including KYC processes, AML and risk reduction methods.
- Collaborate with sales and client engagement teams to synthesize client feedback, translating insights into impactful product decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering, user experience design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Partner with business development and sales teams to identify go-to-market strategies and optimize product positioning.
Product Performance Monitoring
- Continuously monitor product adoption, competitive performance, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Define KPIs and metrics for product success, offering regular updates to leadership.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Drive engagement with internal stakeholders (executive teams, engineering, marketing teams) and external stakeholders (customers, partners, regulatory bodies) to ensure smooth development cycles and market readiness.
- Mentor junior product managers or team members as necessary.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred in business, technology, or related field.
Experience
- 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in identity verification, cybersecurity, or related industries.
- Demonstrated success in leading SaaS product launches and lifecycle management.
- Strong familiarity with identity verification concepts including KYC/AML technologies, and compliance frameworks, digital identities, biometrics, document authentication.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience within the identity management, verification, or adjacent industries.
- Familiarity with global regulations around identity verification (e.g., eIDAS, NIST, AML/KYC compliance).
- Fluency in Spanish language is preferred
