Senior Product Manager

Senior Product Manager (Virtual Agents)

Location: Remote or hybrid (Remote/London office)

About Us

We’re a fast-growing AI startup dedicated to helping midmarket businesses transform how work gets done.

*Our Mission

We’ve built a factory for custom operations agents—Virtual Agents: software workers powered by AI reasoning that complete complex workflows end-to-end, directly in customer tools, without requiring tech integration, process changes, or upfront costs. Onboarding is effortless, takes just days, and customers pay only for delivered value.

This makes Virtual Agents the lowest-risk way to automate complex manual work, while positioning Unitary as the first company to deploy Palantir-grade AI with the unit economics of software, enabling us to scale into the midmarket.

Current Focus & Impact

We’re currently targeting commercial insurance, marketplaces, and primary healthcare, but the potential for Virtual Agents extends far beyond these industries.

Why We’re Exciting

  • Secured $15M Series A funding (2024)
  • Backed by leading AI investors: Plural & Creandum
  • Partnering with world-class clients: Substack, Trustpilot, Depop, Sony Interactive Entertainment, and many more

This is a critical growth stage, and we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape Virtual Agents at its most pivotal juncture.

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the vision and execution of Virtual Agents in a high-growth, AI-first context.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the VP Product, you’ll take ownership of a core part of the Virtual Agents product, covering:

  • The core automation technology
  • The customer experience
  • Onboarding & human-in-the-loop support operations

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
