Senior Product Manager — Back Office Tools
Our mission is to create tech that makes a difference, empowers teams, delights customers, and shapes the media world of tomorrow.
We’re one of the leading media advertising companies, with over 33,000 advertising sites across the UK and EU. As part of the global Bauer Media Group, we’re committed to being both a platform for brands and a platform for good. From Netflix, Disney, The National Lottery, Heineken, and many more, we advertise for some of the best brands that reach millions of people daily. We don’t just sell space—we deliver impact for our clients and value for the communities we serve.
📍 Location: London – 2 days a week 💰 Remuneration: Salary dependent on experience + bonus + benefits
About The Role
Our Back Office tools sit at the core of two critical commercial relationships:
- Landlords – They own the sites where our assets are placed. Our success depends on their trust, visibility of our performance, and how efficiently we resolve their issues.
- Portfolio and Operations teams – These teams find new locations, install our assets, and keep them running. Their speed and accuracy directly impact our ability to grow our estate and deliver value to advertising clients.
Your role is to own the custom-built tools that support both relationships—not to build software, but to ensure:
- Stronger landlord relationships
- Faster, more efficient field operations
- Critical business tools for growth

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
