Job Description

Location: Bristol/Edinburgh/London (UK)

We are looking for a Senior Product Lead to join our Global Meetings team. This role is responsible for defining and delivering the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring our products continue to meet evolving customer and business needs.

The successful candidate will lead the product lifecycle, working closely with business and technology teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience, drive business growth and create value across our global product portfolio.

A role you will love

The Senior Product Lead is responsible for executing the Global Meetings business strategy working with, subject matter experts and stakeholders to deliver a clear and effective product strategy and roadmap.

The role ensures the product portfolio evolves to meet changing client needs, improve the customer and user experience, that supports sustainable revenue growth. Working closely with business, technology, operations, commercial, and marketing teams, the Senior Product Lead translates strategic objectives into product initiatives, ensuring investments deliver measurable customer value and business outcomes while driving greater global alignment across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business strategy into product strategy and roadmap priorities
  • Ensure clear mapping of business processes within products and channels.
  • Drive execution across the entire product lifecycle, including discovery, market research, planning, positioning, launch and roadmap development.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring business objectives are translated into clear product requirements, priorities and delivery outcomes.
  • Partner closely with engineering and architecture teams to evaluate technical solutions, integration opportunities, platform capabilities and delivery approaches
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation - Identify new products, features and ideas for consideration, including new opportunities within global markets.
  • Promote a culture of innovation that drives customer-focused product direction.
  • Ensure business requirements are standardized, validated and fit for purpose across the meetings journey.
  • Continually gather and analyze market, internal and external customers, users and business intelligence to inform product strategy.
  • Explore markets, industry insights and competitive developments.
  • Plan and execute product launches, including documentation, training and enablement.
  • Develop deep expertise in issuer services, shareholder engagement, AGMs, proxy voting, shareholder meetings, corporate governance and related market infrastructure

What will you bring to the role?

We are looking for an experienced Product Management professional with a strong background in financial services, capital markets or related industries.

  • Proven ability to develop and deliver product strategies and roadmaps that drive customer value and business growth.
  • Strong technical aptitude, with experience collaborating with engineering teams and translating business needs into product requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to use customer insights, market research and data to identify opportunities and deliver innovative product solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
  • Experience measuring product performance and delivering successful outcomes through data-driven decision making.

Other Key Skills You Will Bring To The Role

  • Experience with shareholder engagement, Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and shareholder voting.
  • Knowledge of proxy services, corporate actions and governance solutions.
  • Experience within issuer services or related financial services products is highly desirable.
