Who we are
Typeform is a refreshingly different form builder. We help over 150,000 businesses collect the data they need through forms, surveys, and quizzes that people enjoy. Designed to look striking and feel effortless to fill out, Typeform drives over 500 million responses every year and integrates with essential tools like Slack, Zapier, and HubSpot.
About the role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve Multi Format, the surface that expands how people ask and answer questions in Typeform.
For years, forms have been largely text based. We believe that is changing. Customers increasingly want to capture richer, more human information through video, audio, images, voice, and AI powered conversations. Multi Format is the team building that future.
Every new modality we introduce expands what a Typeform can ask, how a respondent can answer, and ultimately the quality of data customers collect.
In this role, you will own Multi Format end to end. You’ll define the strategy across video, audio, voice, and emerging AI powered interaction models, while partnering closely with Typeform AI and Research Flow to build experiences that feel natural, intelligent, and effortless. Your work will help define what data capture looks like in an AI first world.
About the team
The Multi Format team owns the capabilities that move Typeform beyond traditional forms. This includes video, audio, voice, images, transcription, text to speech, and the AI powered experiences that bring these modalities together.
The team sits within the Data Capture group and partners closely with Research Flow, Create & Design, Typeform AI, Response Data, and external infrastructure partners to build products that combine strong product craft with modern AI capabilities. This is one of the most forward looking product areas at Typeform, where advances in multimodal AI meet real customer problems.
Things you will do
- Own the Multi Format product strategy and roadmap, aligning it with the broader Data Capture vision
- Define how customers capture richer information through video, audio, voice, images, and future multimodal experiences
- Lead the evolution of Typeform’s video capabilities following the VideoAsk migration
- Partner with Typeform AI to bring speech recognition, text to speech, vision models, and adaptive AI experiences into customer workflows
- Build AI powered experiences where products can understand responses, ask intelligent follow up questions, and capture richer context
- Partner closely with Research Flow to power the next generation of AI assisted research experiences
- Work closely with engineering to balance innovation with reliability, performance, latency, and infrastructure complexity
- Define the long term vision for multimodal data capture at Typeform and sequence investments accordingly
- Influence product direction through strong storytelling, customer insight, and strategic thinking
- Monitor advances across AI, multimodal foundation models, and emerging interaction patterns to identify opportunities for Typeform
- Work cross functionally with engineering, design, research, marketing, customer success, and commercial teams to align priorities and execution
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, prototyping, analysis, documentation, and decision making

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
