Senior Product Manager
Senior Product Manager
Fifth Dimension is the most prominent AI company in real estate in the world, bringing the magic of AI automation to document-heavy industries. đ Our AI workspace helps leading investment managers, owners, and operators across the US, UK, and APAC automate complex workflows, extract insights from critical documents, and make faster, smarter decisions.
Weâre looking for a Senior Product Manager, based in New York (preferred) or London, reporting to our Co-Founder & CPO, Johnny, and working alongside another senior PM as a peer in this senior individual-contributor role. Youâll own the product end-to-end for a critical area, partnering closely with engineering and engaging directly with customers. This role is about ownership and ownershipâimpact comes from what you ship and the standards you set.
Youâre a builder who still shipsâhands-on with Figma, writing briefs, prototyping in AI tools, cutting scope, making calls, and backed by a commercial instinct for what drives adoption and revenue. We ship daily, and you will too.
About Fifth Dimension
Based in London, New York, and Singapore, weâre a startup with ample runway, backed by Tier 1 European and American investors, and have raised $22m at Series A. Weâre growing 6x ARR yearly.
Our founders, Johnny Morris and Dr. Kate Jarvis, combine data analytics expertise (Taylor) and a Stanford PhD in AI, bringing together tech and deep industry knowledge.
Our company valuesâOwn It, Ship It, and Donât Be Boringâdrive fast-paced, innovation-first delivery.
What This Role Is
- A senior individual contributor who owns a product area from end-to-end, from customer insights to shipped product.
- A builder who ships directlyâprototyping in Figma, setting scope, making decisive calls, and ensuring execution.
- Translates vision and feedback into impactful shipped product, not feature-shipping for its own sake.
- Sets and upholds product standards across engineering, customer success, and sales.
- Driven by commercial success, measuring wins in adoption and revenue, not just features.
- Adds just enough process to ensure clarity, reliability, and repeatability.
What This Role Is Not
- A people-management roleâthis is an individual contributor position.
- A process-only roleâno OKRs, PRDs, or theoretical roadmaps.
- Someone untouched by product in the last 12 months.
- Someone needing a structured entity to function.

Iâm in my final year doing Economics and I donât know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer â it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donât need a masters. Letâs look at the ones youâd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet â that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Challenge
The product isnât yet honed with a sharp, customer-obsessed hand.
Key Questions:
- How do we visually communicate intelligence and connectivity in the first 30 seconds of a demo, ensuring people see us as an intelligence platform and not a chatbot?
- Where does the product win deals? Where is it losing them silently?
- How do we present AI-generated insights alongside source documents so users trust them for $100m+ decisions?
- How do we reason about agentic systems, probabilistic outputs, and human-AI collaboration while ensuring reliability?
- How do we take custom-specific workflows and make them repeatable and scalable?
Sample Milestones:
- Month 1: Diagnose a major customer deliverable, productize it, and repeat it successfully.
- Month 3: Deliver deep customer wins tied back to your product decisions.
- Month 6: The product wins deals by driving higher adoption, revenue, and persuadable expansion.
What Youâll Do
- Own a product area end-to-endâfrom stride of customers to the exact pixel-level delivery.
- Convert vision and feedback into shipped productâcut scope instinctually and hold yourself (and others) to high standards.
- Engage deeply with customersâsetzung from top-level strategy to high-stakes conversations (renewals, broken workflows, follow-through missed).
- Drive revenue and adoptionâsharpen how the product demonstrates and sells to drive adoption.
- Invent AI-native productâthink about streaming outputs, document intelligence, confidence signals, and how to graduate bespoke systems into scalable architectures.
- Balance(action with reliabilityâlightweight but rigorous enough to maintain trust and alignment.
What Weâre Looking For
Must Have:
â Shipped AI productâmakes real decisions with customers, understands agentic systems, probabilistic output, and evaluation. â Deep personal AI workâexperience shipping code changes, small CLI lines, and AI-native workstreams. Doesnât just use AI as an afterthought. â Commercial mindsetâmeasure success in adoption, revenue, and stickinessânot feature dumps. â Recently shipped product yourselfâfigured tools like Figma, wrote briefs, sketched prototypes in AI tools, cut scope, and shipped. â Real-world, high-stakes customer cuts youâve made (renewals, crises, unfettered promises)âsyn in Wembley to describe them. â Startup comfortâownership with ambiguity, hungry for quick rhythm, active communicator.
