Senior Product Manager

Senior Product Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Manager to join our team. You are an experienced product manager who considers empathy to be a strength that helps you to develop a deeper understanding of customer needs so that you drive exceptional value for customers. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to define requirements that drive growth, innovation, and value for our customers, and collaborate with product marketing to bring your product to market.

The ideal candidate will be experienced, detail-oriented, and a high-ownership product manager with experience delivering results through coordinating, aligning, and motivating a large group of distributed global stakeholders. You will define and own a 6–18-month roadmap that aligns with our high-level strategic platform vision. You'll present to sales, manage relationships with customers, and engage with non-technical teams as comfortably as you do with engineering teams. This role will require flexibility to support teams both in North America and Hungary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, define, and articulate customer needs to drive innovation and help customers accomplish their goals more effectively.
  • Study and analyze the market through trend research, competitor assessment, and data collection, using these insights to shape the product roadmap and requirements.
  • Gather and interpret customer feedback, internal product metrics, and external data to prioritize features and actions that enhance satisfaction.
  • Rigorously prioritize the backlog, define clear success criteria, and drive key trade-offs to guide engineering and UX design teams toward optimal design choices for customers.
  • Participate in the product launch/release process by coordinating with product marketing to refine positioning, packaging, and supporting collateral.
  • Handle critical customer and stakeholder engagements for major product issues and develop compelling product value propositions for large audiences (e.g., PR, Marketing, Sales campaigns).
  • Monitor and track product usage and adoption metrics to measure success and guide strategy.

Required Experience/Skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in product management, ideally within B2B SaaS software.
  • Proven ability to launch and manage successful products from end-to-end.
  • Strong project management skills, including the capability to prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally—such as with design, engineering, product marketing, and sales teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrable influence, and relationship-building abilities across all stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools.
  • Leadership expertise to motivate and lead cross-functional teams toward shared business goals.
  • A passion for technology and a thirst for driving innovation in product strategy and execution.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
