About the r oleWe're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Payroll Ecosystem group and own one of the most business-critical products within Bob: Time O ff.Time Off sits at the intersection of employee experience, compliance, workforce management, and payroll. Every day, employees use it to request leave, managers rely on it to make decisions, and organizations depend on it to ensure policies, entitlements, accruals, and payroll calculations are accurate and complia

nt. As a Senior Product Manager, you'll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Time Off domain. You'll partner closely with Engineering, Design, Payroll, Customer Success, Sales, and customers to solve complex problems and build experiences that scale across global mark ets.This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing business unit and shape a product area that is central to HiBob's enterprise readiness strategy. You'll have significant ownership, direct influence on product direction, and the opportunity to make a measurable impact on how thousands of organizations manage time and attendance across their workfo rce.We're particularly interested in candidates who enjoy solving complex operational and compliance challenges, can think strategically about product evolution, and are passionate about creating simple user experiences for inherently complex workfl ows.Requirements are often considered a measure of how equipped you are to do the job, but sometimes they aren't the only factor.
