About the roleWe're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Payroll Ecosystem group and own one of the most business-critical products within Bob: Time Off. Time Off sits at the intersection of employee experience, compliance, workforce management, and payroll. Every day, employees use it to request leave, managers rely on it to make decisions, and organizations depend on it to ensure policies, entitlements, accruals, and payroll calculations are accurate and compliant. As a Senior Product Manager, you'll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Time Off domain. You'll partner closely with Engineering, Design, Payroll, Customer Success, Sales, and customers to solve complex problems and build experiences that scale across global markets. This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing business unit and shape a product area that is central to HiBob's enterprise readiness strategy. You'll have significant ownership, direct influence on product direction, and the opportunity to make a measurable impact on how thousands of organizations manage time and attendance across their workforce. We're particularly interested in candidates who enjoy solving complex operational and compliance challenges, can think strategically about product evolution, and are passionate about creating simple user experiences for inherently complex workflows. Requirements are often considered a measure of how equipped you are to do the job, but sometimes they aren't the only factor. If you don't meet every requirement below but believe you'd be a great fit, we'd still love to hear from you.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS environments
- Experience owning complex products with multiple stakeholder groups, dependencies, and business-critical workflows
- Strong product strategy, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working closely with Engineering and Design teams from discovery through delivery
- Strong customer empathy and the ability to balance user needs, business priorities, and technical constraints
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience driving alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and leadership teams
- Ability to operate with autonomy, ownership, and accountability
- Experience working in highly regulated, compliance-driven, or operationally complex environments
- Experience serving enterprise or upper mid-market customers

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
