About the Team
The People List & Org Chart Team lies at the core of Deel HR, crafting the tools that empower organizations to visualize, understand, and manage workforce structures efficiently. We develop solutions for flexible organizations—from startups defining initial reporting lines to enterprises handling multi-layered teams across dozens of countries.
Key responsibilities include:
- Transforming scattered worker data into intuitive, dynamic org charts and reporting structures
- Enabling real-time visualization of workflows and hierarchies
- Streamlining scalability for rapidly growing teams

Senior Product Manager Role
Summary
As Senior Product Manager, you will define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market strategies for one of our core Domains. You’ll partner with executives, designers, engineers, and domain experts to ensure rapid yet high-impact delivery of features optimized for a global customer base.
Responsibilities
- Define a clear vision, strategy, and execution plan for your area of responsibility
- Collect and prioritize diverse stakeholders’ needs across domains, balancing strategic goals with market demands
- Orchestrate the full product lifecycle, leveraging expertise in UX, market research, and GTM alignment
- Foster collaboration with top-tier product designers, engineers, and subject-matter experts to deliver exceptional results
- Maintain equilibrium between core product development and high-priority client escalations in a fast-moving remote-first environment
- Develop an intuitive understanding of industry trends, compliance, data governance, and global workforce dynamics to shape meaningful product evolution
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in product management in a fast-paced environment, preferably within startup or high-growth scaleups
- Demonstrated ability as an independent, autonomous leader who steers alignment across complex projects
- Strong grasp of UX and UI principles to inform product decisions and optimize user experiences
- Relevant experience working with global teams, policies, and cross-border compliance in HR or software roles preferred

Salary Structure
- Base salary stated in USD as a global reference; localized offers will follow country-specific market rates based on factors including experience, skills, and location.
- No salary history inquiries: Offers are job-based and tailored to provide fair and scalable compensation.
- OTE (On-Target Earning) for commercial roles accounts for base salary and commission eligibility.
