Senior Product Manager (Platform)

Product Manager (Payments Platform) – Mangopay

The Mangopay product organization spans five key areas: Payment Acceptance, Wallet, Banking, Payouts, and User Identity. Together, we build the foundational infrastructure driving our customers’ success—critical for our growth in the coming years.

About the Role

The Product Manager (Payments Platform) leads the discovery and delivery of next-gen features within the Payments Platform—the “brain” of our Payment Acceptance stack. This role oversees everything from card vaulting, 3DS orchestration, to security and complex, multi-party payment flows that define Mangopay’s competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Product Ownership

    • Act as Product Owner in a Scrum environment, breaking high-level vision into developer-ready user stories for the Payments Platform team.
    • As an API-first company, you’ll bridge technical rigor (testing payment flows in Postman) and business impact (e.g., optimizing card payments conversion rate).
  • Bridge the Gap

    • Collaborate with Product leadership and Engineering to translate customer insights and discovery results into scalable, seamless API experiences.
  • Discovery & Delivery

    • Conduct thoughtful discovery work, ensuring results are delivered as live, value-driving features for customers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
