Who are we?
Do you want to be a part of a team building the next $100bn initiative? Are you interested in defining and creating the future of shipping? Our team is building a new, emerging business to solve some of the biggest customer pain points in the logistics industry globally.
What will you do?
We're hiring a Senior Product Manager who will own pricing strategy for Amazon Shipping. This role requires data chops, financial acumen, the ability to interface with science and product partners, and a desire to disrupt an old, slow industry with high-speed deep-intelligence driven pricing strategies. We believe that pricing can be a core differentiator for our market segment and we need you to bring it home. You’ll work closely with senior leadership across product, finance, legal, marketing, sales, and operations to hone your vision, and alongside our product, science, software, and business analyst teams to bring these ideas to life.
Who are you?
You should have a hands-on approach, operational inclination, solid leadership skills and the ability to build and leverage relationships across a wide stakeholder group to generate creative solutions to industry-level strategic problems. As this position involves regular interaction with senior leadership (VP+), you need to be comfortable communicating at that level while also working directly with various functional teams. The ideal candidate is analytical, resourceful, customer-focused and team oriented, with clear communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. You should be a strong owner, are right a lot, and have a proven track record of taking on end-to-end ownership of and successfully delivering complex projects in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
