Job Purpose

As a Senior Product Manager at Williams Lea & TSO, you will drive digital transformation through the design and execution of strategic products and programmes for a major public sector client. This critical role focuses on shaping the future of digital public record accessibility and supporting a five-year contract with five core objectives and seven strategic workstreams.

By acting as a bridge between client needs and delivery excellence, you will:

  • Translate strategic goals into actionable product roadmaps
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams across technology, design, content, and operations
  • Ensure alignment with public sector priorities while managing competing deadlines
  • Champion risk mitigation, delivery quality, and stakeholder collaboration

This position demands strong leadership, hands-on execution, and an ability to simultaneously balance vision and operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Programmes & Roadmap Leadership

  • Drive the transformation of digital services, ensuring deliverables align with both internal and client strategic goals
  • Break down high-level objectives into detailed product roadmaps and sprint schedules
  • Collaborate with early-stage teams to refine proposals and assess feasibility (time, budget, technical constraints)
  • Align new initiatives with established workstreams and constraints

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
