Senior Product Manager Location: London (Hybrid)
About the Company Our client is a leading global player in the digital asset markets — a crypto-native algorithmic trading firm providing liquidity across major exchanges and trading platforms. Their OTC desk offers a wide range of spot and derivatives products and supports a large base of counterparties spanning both crypto-native and traditional financial institutions. They are also active participants in the broader blockchain ecosystem through DeFi, an investments arm, partnerships, and incubations.
Founded by trading industry veterans, the firm has successfully navigated multiple crypto industry cycles. Culturally, they combine the best of two worlds: the technology standards of high-frequency trading firms in traditional markets and the innovative, entrepreneurial culture of technology startups.
About the Role We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of an institutional crypto trading platform, enabling seamless trading experiences for institutional clients. This role owns the end-user trading experience — the customer-facing UIs and execution workflows used daily by institutional clients.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with direct impact. You will work closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders across the business to define, build, and ship a secure, scalable, high-performance trading platform. It is best suited to PMs who are hands-on builders and delivery-driven.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
