What you will do:

How you will grow:

Deepen your understanding of Trust & Safety, fraud prevention, moderation operations, compliance, and member protection in a sensitive and high-impact product space Gain experience shaping product strategy across a complex internal platform with direct impact on member trust and business risk Build expertise in balancing operational efficiency, automation, decision quality, and human judgement in safety-critical workflows Strengthen your ability to influence across multiple senior stakeholder groups with competing needs and priorities Develop new ways to measure the relationship between member safety, trust, operational quality, and product outcomes

Requirements

About you:

You have led complex product initiatives where the problem space involved ambiguity, operational complexity, sensitive user impact, or multiple stakeholder groups You have experience turning qualitative insight, operational data, user signals, and business context into focused product priorities and measurable outcomes You are comfortable working with cross-functional partners across disciplines such as engineering, design, data, operations, support, compliance, risk, or policy You are able to communicate clearly with different audiences, simplifying complex technical, operational, compliance, or safety topics into actionable decisions

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
