Senior Product Manager - Screening

Job Description As Senior Product Manager in the Screening team, you will be at the forefront of evolving our Screening Product and specifically leading the screening handling domain. The screening team include Sanctions, Political Exposed People and Adverse Media. The handling team in screening owns both the tooling our operations team use to review screening cases but also automating them before they reach operations. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of how Wise manages and resolves screening cases.. You own and support projects that have a cross functional impact to our Sanctions Processes and Systems at Wise. Your Role & Impact

Your responsibilities will include: Helping evolve the design and implementation of the new vision for case handling and collaborating with a cross-functional team of operational leads and agents to bring this vision to life. Owning the operational and customer experience once a screening case has been created, ensuring efficiency and a positive outcome. Actively reviewing opportunities to automate cases that are raised to operations, utilising rules and ML based techniques. Working closely with a cross-functional team of engineers, data analysts, data scientists, operations specialists, and compliance to develop and execute an overall vision for case handling. Taking ownership of the end-to-end speed resolution time for non-automated cases, constantly seeking improvements. Developing a deep understanding of how Screening cases are created and dispositioned by both outsourced and internal operations agents across the globe. Driving the development of sophisticated tools and efficient workflows, empowering our investigators to perform quick and accurate reviews. Team Dynamics: Working with our full-stack development team split between Tallinn & London, you'll contribute to a diverse and innovative group dedicated to making a difference in the Screening space. Autonomy in your work. Define your roadmap to success by taking full ownership of the product vision, with the support and resources of Wise to make it a reality. Qualifications Bring 5-8 years of Product Management experience, with a strong focus on customer experience and risk mitigation. Leverage your practical experience with data and customer research to inform product decisions. Utilize your deep understanding of operational processes and tooling to make a measurable impact.
