We’re currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Product Manager, Supply Chain Finance.

You’ll manage the suite of Supply Chain Finance Solutions with a view to maximizing revenues and managing underlying risks.

In this role you’ll:

  • Develop comprehensive product rollout and commercialization strategy which should include product positioning, product governance, marketing collateral, internal customer training and socializing the product and solution set among the sales force
  • Prepare competitive landscape, undertake product benchmarking and develop value propositions that are compelling and commercially viable
  • Complete detailed analysis of financials at a market, client and sub-product level for suitable strategy development
  • Adhere to the Product Life Cycle methodology while managing existing products and new developments
  • Maintain and grow existing Supply Chain Finance product, oversee decommissioning of legacy platforms
  • Instil a sense of ownership within the team and ensuring that product managers clearly understand and deliver on their responsibilities in achieving product profitability
  • Build networks across functions, customer groups, trade associations, external influencers and regions to provide expertise, cascade strategy and identify market trends

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Previous banking experience with relevant Supply Chain Finance experience
  • Knowledge of Trade Finance structures at a global level having experience in global multinational financial departments, supply chain, pre-export finance, and structured commodity finance
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power Point
  • Very strong financial and analytical skills with very good problem analysis and proactively presenting solutions
  • Proven track record of product management, confident in challenging business-as-usual operating models
  • Proven ability to navigate and implement inside a cross-functional and matrix organizational model
  • Strong independent contributor, who is comfortable working on multiple assignments, where the teams will often be distributed across the globe and culturally diverse
