Role Description
As a Senior Product Manager at Connectd, you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of key product initiatives, from discovery through delivery and optimisation. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Operations, and key stakeholders to define product vision, shape roadmaps, and prioritize features that enhance the platform’s capabilities and user experience. Day-to-day, you will gather and analyze user feedback, translate insights into clear product requirements, manage backlog, and ensure timely, high-quality releases. You will monitor product performance, run experiments, and iterate based on data and customer outcomes to drive engagement, growth, and retention. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in London.

Key Responsibilities
- Own product outcomes for the assigned Product Area, including adoption, engagement, and retention
- Drive the product discovery process (customer interviews, usability testing, and rapid prototyping)
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product design to develop innovative solutions
- Partner with key stakeholders, including executives, customer team, startup team, marketing and sales teams
- Define product experiments and own a test cycle within your pod
- Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and maintain market advantage
- Deliver on an ambitious roadmap by operating confidently amid ambiguity and a fast-paced environment.

About You
- 4+ years of experience in B2C products or B2B2C Marketplaces
- Customer-facing experience: Conducted customer interviews, usability testing, and research
- Proven track record of successfully launching, scaling, and managing digital products end-to-end
- Technical literacy: Understands software development principles and can collaborate effectively with product engineers
- Communication & stakeholder management: Can influence without authority and align executives, partners, and teams
- Understanding of user experience and design thinking principles
- Problem-solving mindset: Can balance business, user, and technical trade-offs
- Demonstrated ability to develop experimentation strategies that measure both short and long-term success
Desirable
- Experience assessing and integrating off-the-shelf AI solutions; LLMs, APIs, SaaS AI services, and third-party ML products
