At Amazon, the Global Realty organization enables the physical expansion of our worldwide logistics network by identifying, evaluating, and acquiring the right sites to support our growing operations. Our team builds the technology products that power this mission, enabling teams to discover markets, evaluate opportunities, acquire land, and initiate facility design with speed, precision, and long-term sustainability in mind.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager – Technical (PMT III) to define and drive the product strategy for next-generation products that combine artificial intelligence, workflow automation, geospatial intelligence, and data-driven decision making. In this role, you will own the vision, roadmap, and execution for products that solve complex business challenges with multi-billion-dollar impact across Amazon's global real estate portfolio.

You will partner closely with engineering, science, business, and operations teams to build innovative products that transform how Amazon searches, evaluates, acquires, and manages real estate worldwide. This role requires strong customer obsession, technical depth, strategic thinking, and the ability to balance long-term vision with rapid execution.

This position offers a unique opportunity to influence Amazon's real estate technology strategy, work alongside world-class AI and engineering teams, and deliver products with direct visibility to senior leadership.

You will be part of a culture that values ownership, innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning. You will be empowered to invent on behalf of customers while helping shape the future of Amazon's global infrastructure through scalable technology and AI-powered experiences.

Key Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Manager – Technical on the Global Operations Enterprise Services – Tech team, you will lead the product strategy that enables Amazon's AI transformation across commercial real estate.

You will:

  • Define product vision and long-term strategy for products that power Amazon's global site search, evaluation, acquisition, and early-stage design processes.
  • Own the product roadmap and prioritize investments that maximize customer value and business impact across multiple organizations.
  • Translate customer problems into clear product requirements, user stories, success metrics, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Partner closely with engineering and science teams to deliver scalable, secure, and highly available products.
  • Lead prioritization and make thoughtful trade-offs between customer experience, engineering complexity, operational excellence, and long-term platform investments.
  • Influence senior leaders through data-driven narratives, product reviews, and long-term strategic planning.
  • Collaborate across multiple organizations to align roadmaps, eliminate duplication, and build shared platform capabilities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
