As a Senior Product Manager, Trading Product at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you’ll be at the center of building the systems and features that determine the availability, depth, and quality of betting markets across both pre-match and in-play. Your focus will be on driving innovation, reliability, and performance in our trading systems to maximize customer engagement and revenue.

You’ll work closely with Sportsbook Trading, Engineering, Risk, and Operations to ensure customers see the right markets, at the right time, with pricing that is responsive, competitive, and tailored to each sport's dynamics.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the product roadmap for trading initiatives including market availability, latency, pricing accuracy, and uptime
  • Define high-impact customer-facing outcomes while deeply understanding the needs of internal users such as traders, risk managers, and operations
  • Analyze competitor offerings to identify parity gaps, areas for differentiation, and untapped market opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with trading and quantitative analytics teams to translate operational goals and model-driven insights into scalable product solutions
  • Drive prioritization using a blend of customer value, business impact, and system feasibility
  • Represent Trading Product in cross-functional initiatives spanning marketing, CRM, and customer experience
  • Establish and monitor product KPIs such as availability, revenue, and customer retention
  • Communicate vision, progress, and trade-offs clearly to leadership and stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams

  • Deep understanding of trading systems, betting markets, and the pricing and modeling approaches that underpin them
  • Proven experience delivering products in environments where trading accuracy, real-time responsiveness, and market competitiveness are essential
  • Strong grasp of the wider sports betting ecosystem and customer behaviors, with a focus on how customers engage with sports betting products and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of the industry
  • Demonstrated success partnering with engineering, quant, and operational teams to launch scalable systems and tools that power front-end experiences
  • Analytical and data-informed — comfortable working with performance metrics, behavioral data, and model outputs to guide product direction
  • Excellent communicator, able to distill complex concepts and trade-offs to both technical and business audiences including C-level executives
  • Passion for sports and a product mindset rooted in creating differentiated betting experiences through trading excellence

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
