Job Description We are looking for a Senior Manager to join the Issuing Solutions team in Value Added Services, with a focus on Network Product, someone with a passion for tech to envisage the evolution of our solutions and strong commercial appetite to determine a path towards growth. The role will have accountability for solutions that enable FIs improve how they service their customers and interact with VisaNet, and the broader Issuer VAS solutions, as well as any future solutions that Visa develops globally. They will also be responsible for leading and executing against the revenue growth ambitions, and assisting the VAS Go To Market plans for these solutions. You will work closely with Issuing specialized sales, sales engineering and VAS Cluster reps and GTM team to support the sales processes. Partnering closely with Global Issuing Solutions and Product teams, and Client Services you will ensure that solutions are fit for purpose, meet regulatory requirements and are overall market ready for Europe. Responsibilities cover all markets across the European region Key Responsibilities Serve as regional business owner and subject matter expert for key Network Product within VAS Issuing solutions demonstrating a deep of VisaNet and how clients can benefit from use of it service capabilities Address product-related queries from various departments across the organization and provide guidance on technical and business matters. Identify opportunities for solution improvements to address evolving client needs, local market conditions, and foster innovations beneficial to both clients and Visa Act as the clients representative internally for Network Products e.g., their needs, how they think, criteria for our solutions, and influence other teams to help inform decisions Lead the product lifecycle in Europe for solutions assigned to. Work with Global product owners and internal partners to influence the product roadmap, with an eye towards innovation and product improvements to ensure Visa can remain competitive Provide regular updates and reporting to all levels of Visa management on key metrics and objectives; adapt overall program tactics and strategies to address challenges, issues, opportunities Shape the strategic direction of allocated solutions, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and contribute directly to revenue goals. Prepare and deliver presentations and documentation for both internal and external audiences through working groups, webinars, and other formats regarding product ownership Support key priorities and initiatives from both Global and European leadership as required As requirements of this role evolve, adapt to growing needs of the Issuing Solutions team This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Qualifications Experience of VisaNet, or equivalent interbank network with a detailed understanding of authorization and clearing products within the payment card sector Proven commercial acumen, with experience in supporting product pricing and creation of value propositions across multiple European markets Experience in creating and deploying products and services to card issuing intuitions, including the supporting sales enablement and market prioritization Knowledge of Issuer processing platforms, acquirer processing, and settlement processes is a plus Hands-on experience working directly with clients on both technical and business issues. Demonstrated track record of successfully creating and delivering product implementations. Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders. Proven success in fast-paced environments, with a strategic mindset, business development experience, and effective stakeholder management abilities.
