Senior Product Manager

Near Milton Keynes | Hybrid (2 days per week) | Retained Assignment

We have been retained to appoint a Senior Product Manager for an established and growing technology-led business near Milton Keynes.

This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of an established product portfolio as the business scales its offering, modernises its technology and invests in future growth. You'll play a key role in a business-wide transformation programme, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery while leading a small Product team.

This role will suit a leader who enjoys solving complex problems, working with data-rich systems and taking ownership of outcomes. Success will be measured on both the ability to earn trust and influence stakeholders and on your extensive product expertise. You'll work across technology, operations and commercial teams, balancing competing priorities and turning business goals into practical delivery.

What makes this opportunity particularly interesting is the scope and influence you'll have. You'll help shape product strategy, drive meaningful change and play a key role in the next stage of the company's growth. You'll have the freedom to challenge thinking, test new ideas and make a tangible impact in a business that values innovation and continuous improvement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
