Senior Product Manager
Near Milton Keynes | Hybrid (2 days per week) | Retained Assignment
We have been retained to appoint a Senior Product Manager for an established and growing technology-led business near Milton Keynes.
This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of an established product portfolio as the business scales its offering, modernises its technology and invests in future growth. You'll play a key role in a business-wide transformation programme, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery while leading a small Product team.
This role will suit a leader who enjoys solving complex problems, working with data-rich systems and taking ownership of outcomes. Success will be measured on both the ability to earn trust and influence stakeholders and on your extensive product expertise. You'll work across technology, operations and commercial teams, balancing competing priorities and turning business goals into practical delivery.

The Role
- Own product direction, roadmap and priorities.
- Lead product and transformation initiatives from concept through to delivery.
- Use data, customer insight and commercial priorities to drive decision-making.
- Work closely with engineering and business stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
- Lead, coach and develop a small Product team.
Essential Experience
- 5+ years' experience leading a high impact product function.
- Background in data, analytics or data-led products, with experience working in data-heavy systems.
- Experience delivering business, digital or technology transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations and data flows.
- Agile product delivery, backlog ownership and prioritisation expertise.
- Early adopter of AI, using it to improve productivity and accelerate delivery.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar planning tools.

What's on Offer
- Hybrid working with two days per week in the office (Tues & Thurs)

Additional Requirements
- Car owner and driver.
- Able to drive to the Head Office, near Milton Keynes twice per week. (Tues and Thurs)
- Full right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
