As a Senior Product Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how our mobile and phones products are brought to market, ensuring they meet genuine member needs while driving commercial growth. Acting as the link between product, marketing, commercial and service teams, you will translate customer insight into compelling propositions and ensure our messaging clearly communicates the value of what we offer.
In this role, you will lead end to end go to market activity, from defining positioning and crafting impactful campaigns through to analysing performance and optimising for continuous improvement. You will use data, experimentation and customer feedback to refine strategies, working closely with cross functional teams to deliver measurable growth across acquisition, engagement and retention, while championing a customer first approach in everything we do.

Our bright and modern gaff is in Uxbridge, in leafy West London. But if commuting isn't for you, most of our roles can be hybrid or remote, or anywhere in between.
The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Significant product marketing experience with a track record of driving customer acquisition, engagement and retention
- Strong experience developing and executing go to market strategies for product launches and updates
- Demonstrable ability to translate complex products into clear, customer-focused messaging and positioning
- Experience using data, analytics and experimentation to optimise marketing performance and inform strategy
- Proven experience working closely with product teams within a modern product operating model
The other stuff we are looking for
We'd also love you to bring;
- Experience working in high-growth or fast-paced environments with a focus on continuous improvement
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM platforms and performance marketing channels
- Experience with customer research, insight generation and competitor analysis
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to bring propositions to life
