Overview
The Product Marketing Manager is an individual contributor role for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll shape the narrative that underpins sales conversations, lead go-to-market strategy for new capabilities, and personally create the assets that support complex, enterprise-level deals. A key differentiator of this role is the opportunity to build and operate AI-native marketing systems that scale insight, quality and speed across regions.
You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, Global Capabilities and regional teams, with clear accountability for outcomes such as adoption, seller confidence and competitive win rate.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the global positioning and narrative for OneSuiteAI, informed by ongoing competitive and market analysis across platforms, martech providers and industry peers.
- Create high-impact sales and marketing assets used in live deals, including pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, demo scripts, FAQs and RFP frameworks.
- Partner with Product and Product Operations to lead go-to-market activity for new capabilities, platform expansions and market launches.
- Embed OneSuiteAI into broader Performics and Publicis Media propositions while maintaining a clear and differentiated value proposition.
- Build and maintain a central, living library of OneSuiteAI collateral for global and local teams.
- Define launch frameworks, success metrics and post-launch review cadences, with ownership of adoption and pipeline influence.
- Design and operate AI-native production systems that enable scalable, high-quality research and content creation across markets.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
