THE ROLE

Help accelerate climate action by connecting organisations with some of the world's highest-impact carbon projects and climate solutions.

This is a rare opportunity to combine strategic product marketing with meaningful climate impact. We're looking for an experienced marketer with a strong understanding of the voluntary carbon market.

You'll shape how our carbon projects and climate solutions are positioned and presented, developing compelling propositions that help organisations take ambitious climate action through high-integrity climate solutions that deliver measurable impact for people and the planet.

This is a five-month fixed-term opportunity to provide paternity cover. It offers the chance to make an immediate impact during an exciting period for the business. Working across strategy and delivery, you'll lead a major refresh of our project marketing materials, and shape the way our portfolio is presented across every client touchpoint.

Working alongside experts from across the business, you'll transform complex technical information into engaging stories, exceptional content and compelling design that build confidence, differentiate our offering and showcase the climate, nature and community outcomes our projects deliver.

If you have experience marketing carbon projects or climate solutions, exceptional writing and visual communication skills, and enjoy turning strategy into tangible results, this is an opportunity to influence how businesses engage with high-integrity climate action and help scale impact where it matters most.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
