🤝 Marketing

đź’š Reports to CMO

At Blink, we’re not just closing the digital divide—we’re reuniting distributed organisations, fostering seamless communication, and re-engaging employees in ways never seen before. Our mobile-first employee experience platform brings all essential tools directly to workers’ hands—whether they're on-site or remote.

Based across Boston, London, and Sydney, we partner with global leaders like Domino’s, JD Sports, and McDonald’s to revolutionise how organisations operate. Join a company on the cutting edge, where weekly feature releases and groundbreaking product development define our culture.

You’ll report to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and shape the future of a product that’s already reshaping enterprise landscapes. Strategise product storytelling, refine messaging, and lead marketing efforts that amplify our impact.

About the Role

As a key member of Blink’s Global Marketing Team, you’ll bring clarity to our product’s value while driving strategic market position and adoption. Your work will bridge the gap between technical innovation and meaningful customer connection.

This is a hands-on opportunity to own marketing deliverables, collaborate tightly with product teams, and drive results that resonate across enterprise sectors.

  • Elevation through ownership: You’ll lead messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies that align sales, product, and customer success.
  • Fast-paced innovation: Join a workforce committed to realising product-market fit at lightning speed—because at Blink, ideas turn into solutions in weeks, not months.

Your Impactful Responsibilities

Unlock the story behind Blink’s revolutionary employee experience platform—we need someone who can speak data, passion data, and vision. Here’s what you’ll tackle daily:

Positioning & Messaging

  • Collaborate with the Product team to craft compelling product positioning and value propositions that resonate with your target audience.
  • Ensure our B2B storytelling aligns with customer needs—from first-touch awareness to long-term loyalty.

Product Launches

  • Plan and execute high-impact product launches by orchestrating cross-functional alignment between marketing, sales, and engineering.
  • Captivate enterprise decision-makers with launches they’ll remember—and results they’ll replicate.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
