The opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape how Spendesk brings products to market and turns customer and market insight into commercial impact.
Reporting to the Product Marketing Team Lead, you'll work at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Revenue, across positioning, launches, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement. You'll own multiple product areas and communicate value clearly across markets, segments, and stages of the customer journey.
This is a senior IC role for someone who combines sharp storytelling with commercial thinking, and can move from insight to action without losing craft.
What You’ll Do
- Own positioning and messaging across multiple product areas, translating complex capabilities into clear, differentiated stories for finance teams.
- Lead go-to-market moments end-to-end, from launch strategy and campaign inputs to sales enablement and adoption tracking.
- Drive competitive and customer intelligence, synthesising win/loss analysis, market signals, and product usage data into practical recommendations that help us win.
- Build the assets that teams actually use, messaging frameworks, launch briefs, sales decks, positioning docs, with the craft and clarity that make them stick.
- Enable Sales and Customer Success with resources that build confidence and consistency in how they communicate value.
- Connect product marketing to business outcomes, tracking and improving metrics across pipeline quality, conversion, adoption, and retention.
- Shape cross-functional alignment, helping Product, Marketing, and Revenue teams move with shared clarity on what we're saying, who it's for, and why it matters.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
