Senior Product Marketing Manager – Financial Products / Payments
Hybrid Role: London
We are currently supporting a global payments business seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to take ownership of a key financial products pillar.
This role focuses on products linked to:
- Settlement
- Treasury
- Liquidity
- Business accounts
- Merchant money movement
Your goal: Help enterprise merchants understand how to manage, move and optimise funds more effectively.
About the Role
This is a senior individual contributor position with broad ownership across:
- Positioning and narrative development
- Go-to-market strategy
- Product launches and adoption
- Commercial enablement
- Campaign execution
You’ll collaborate closely with:
- Product
- Commercial
- Partnerships
- Marketing teams
To translate complex financial capabilities into clear, outcome-led value for merchants.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead product marketing for a critical financial pillar, including:
- Positioning
- Packaging
- Go-to-market (GTM) strategy
- Simplify technical/financial concepts (e.g., settlement, liquidity) into commercial narratives for enterprise merchants
- Direct GTM initiatives, including launches, campaign adoption, and regional rollouts
- Partner across Product, Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing to align:
- Messaging
- Enablement
- Execution
- Create:
- Sales enablement materials
- Campaign messaging
- Value propositions
- Commercial enablement assets
- Track launch/campaign performance:
- Use data to spot growth opportunities
- Drive adoption improvements
- Act as in-house subject matter expert:
- Shape narrative around financial products
- Merchant money movement strategies
Ideal Background
- Years in product marketing/GTM, preferably within payments
- Experience with complex products:
- Settlement
- Treasury
- Liquidity
- Money movement
- Embedded finance
- Acquiring
- Open banking
- Payment infrastructure
- Strong abilities:
- Simplifying technical/financial concepts into customer-focused value
- Translating product visions into commercial impact
- Commercially astute, with experience tying product marketing to:
