Senior Product Marketing Manager
Location: London (Hybrid - 2-3 days per week)
Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 + Equity
A high-growth, venture-backed SaaS business is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to play a key role in scaling its Product Marketing function and driving go-to-market success across an expanding product portfolio.
The company has established itself as a market leader within a highly complex, data-rich industry and is experiencing significant international growth. Backed by leading investors and recognised for its innovative use of technology and AI, the business is entering an exciting new phase of expansion.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you'll sit at the centre of Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success, owning the strategy and execution behind product launches, positioning, messaging and commercial enablement.
This is a highly visible role with genuine influence across the business, offering the opportunity to shape how products are brought to market and adopted by customers globally.
You'll join a collaborative, ambitious team where Product Marketing is recognised as a key driver of commercial growth and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution for new product launches and feature releases.
- Develop compelling product positioning, messaging and value propositions that resonate with target audiences.
- Partner closely with Product teams to translate complex functionality into clear commercial and customer benefits.
- Create high-impact sales enablement materials including presentations, battle cards, one-pagers and competitive intelligence.
- Support Sales and Customer Success teams with the tools, messaging and training required to drive adoption and revenue growth.
- Conduct market, customer and competitor research to inform positioning and strategic decision-making.
- Analyse launch performance, customer feedback and commercial outcomes to optimise future initiatives.
- Act as a key voice of the customer across Product and Marketing functions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between product strategy and commercial objectives.

About You
We're looking for a commercially minded Product Marketing professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
You'll likely bring:
- Proven Product Marketing experience within a B2B SaaS or technology business.
- Experience operating within startup or scale-up environments, ideally Series A-C businesses.
- A track record of owning and delivering successful go-to-market launches from strategy through execution.
- Strong sales enablement experience and the ability to create impactful customer-facing and commercial content.
- Experience working with AI-powered products or a strong understanding of how AI is transforming software and customer workflows.
- Excellent positioning, messaging and storytelling skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- The confidence to operate autonomously and influence stakeholders across Product, Marketing and Commercial teams.
- A proactive, hands-on mindset suited to a scaling business environment.
