Senior Product Marketing Manager

Location: UK

We are partnering with a leading international business software vendor to hire a Principal Product Marketing Manager for a high-impact role focused on commercialising a central cloud and AI platform used across a broad customer base.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded product marketer who knows how to turn platform usage into paid adoption, customer expansion, and long-term value. In this role, you will shape how customers move from platform access into higher-value cloud services, shared services, cross-sell opportunities, and AI-driven offerings. You will play a key role in defining monetisation strategy, protecting paywall integrity, and helping the business scale platform-led growth across products and regions.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Define usage-led monetisation strategies that drive paid adoption and expansion
  • Establish the usage signals and criteria that predict conversion beyond simple access metrics
  • Own the free vs paid value architecture, including paywall and upgrade logic
  • Design customer expansion journeys across cloud services, shared services, and AI-based offerings
  • Prioritise ICPs and segments with the strongest monetisation potential
  • Shape platform positioning and upgrade narratives for internal commercial teams and partners
  • Define “next best service” logic based on customer usage and outcomes
  • Track and optimise performance across usage, conversion, and expansion metrics
  • Identify risks to monetisation scalability, conversion predictability, and paywall effectiveness

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
