**Product Marketing Manager - B2B Product Marketing
📍 London (3 days in office per week)

You’ll: Shape our product’s narrative, drive strategic positioning, and amplify its impact across enterprise clients. Own a key area of marketing while fostering cross-functional collaboration to boost growth and customer advocacy.
Key Responsibilities

Positioning & Messaging:
- Collaborate with Product teams to craft compelling positioning and value propositions tailored to B2B audiences.

Product Launches:
- Plan and execute high-impact launches, aligning Product, Sales, and Marketing for maximum engagement.

Sales Enablement:
- Develop collateral, training materials, and actionable content to equip sales and channel partners.

Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Define and execute bold campaigns for new releases and feature updates, alongside Product Managers.

Requirements
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate brings:
- 5+ years’ experience in B2B Product Marketing (preferably in SaaS), with a proven track record of success.
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex ideas into compelling narratives.
- Strong cross-functional leadership experience, including managing external contributors.
- A data-driven mindset — leveraging insights to shape high-impact marketing strategies.
- Bonus points for experience in these spaces:

- Frontline workforce solutions / HR tech
