**Product Marketing Manager - B2B Product Marketing

📍 London (3 days in office per week)

You’ll: Shape our product’s narrative, drive strategic positioning, and amplify its impact across enterprise clients. Own a key area of marketing while fostering cross-functional collaboration to boost growth and customer advocacy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Positioning & Messaging:

    • Collaborate with Product teams to craft compelling positioning and value propositions tailored to B2B audiences.
  • Product Launches:

    • Plan and execute high-impact launches, aligning Product, Sales, and Marketing for maximum engagement.
  • Sales Enablement:

    • Develop collateral, training materials, and actionable content to equip sales and channel partners.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy:

    • Define and execute bold campaigns for new releases and feature updates, alongside Product Managers.

    • Partner with content marketing to produce engaging assets:
      • Case studies

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Align with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure cohesive messaging and customer-centric decisions.
  • Competitive Intelligence:

    • Monitor market trends and competing solutions to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Metrics & Reporting:

    • Track and analyze campaign performance, measuring impact on:
      • Customer satisfaction
      • Acquisition & retention
      • Revenue growth
  • Customer Advocacy:

    • Build relationships with key customers to share testimonials, stories, and user group insights.

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate brings:

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B Product Marketing (preferably in SaaS), with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex ideas into compelling narratives.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership experience, including managing external contributors.
  • A data-driven mindset — leveraging insights to shape high-impact marketing strategies.
  • Bonus points for experience in these spaces:
    • Employee experience platforms
    • Internal communications tools
    • Frontline workforce solutions / HR tech
