A key business solution of Publicis Groupe, Publicis Media’s digital-first, data-driven global solutions deliver client value and drive growth in a platform-powered world. It is present in over 100 countries with over 23,000 employees worldwide.
Overview
We’re hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to sit at the centre of how Publicis Groupe brings complex products and capabilities to market globally.
This role is about deeply understanding how products actually work, translating that into clear, credible narratives, and building the systems that allow teams across markets to sell, demo and scale them effectively. It’s not a brand role and it’s not a classic content role — it’s product‑first, technically fluent, and highly execution‑focused.
You’ll partner closely with Product and report into senior marketing leadership, playing a key role in shaping global go‑to‑market execution across Publicis Groupe.
Responsibilities
Developing clear positioning, messaging and value propositions grounded in a strong understanding of product capabilities, workflows and real client use cases Translating ambiguous client, market and stakeholder needs into sharp product stories, use cases and go‑to‑market inputs Producing and quality‑assuring high‑impact enablement assets — decks, one‑pagers, demo narratives, FAQs, battlecards — quickly and to a consistently high standard Building repeatable systems, templates and workflows that allow product marketing output to scale across markets without losing accuracy or quality Working closely with Product to stay aligned to roadmaps, releases and evolving functionality, and reflect that clearly and accurately in market Enabling regional and local teams with practical, usable narratives that help them communicate value with confidence Setting up, training and working with AI agents for marketing use cases.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Qualifications
Proven experience in product marketing within SaaS, platforms, AI‑led products or complex B2B technology environments Strong AI and technical curiosity and fluency — you don’t need to be an engineer, but you must be comfortable getting close to how products work Ability to work through ambiguity, ask the right questions and turn incomplete inputs into clear, actionable outputs Very high standards for written communication, clarity and attention to detail Experience building scalable product marketing systems rather than one‑off assets Confidence working with senior stakeholders across product, marketing and commercial teams
