A career without limits
As the nation’s flag carrier, we take great pride in connecting Britain with the world and the world with Britain.
It’s something we’ve been doing for over 100 years, ever since we launched the world’s first international scheduled air service between London and Paris.
This originality has been in our blood since day one. It’s the spirit we share with the people that fly with us, our partners, and our colleagues.
So, whether you are a reassuring voice on the end of a phone, a smile at the door, under a wing keeping the turbines spinning or landing us gently in far-flung places, a job at British Airways is yours to make.
We know great things can happen when you’re inspired to think big and bring your ambition to work every day, which is why, at British Airways the sky is never the limit.
The role: (Senior) Product Owner (ba.com & app)
Note: We are currently hiring for multiple Product Owner and Senior Product Owner roles, offering opportunities to work across a range of key product domains, including Involuntary Servicing, Ready to Fly & Online Check-in, Payments, Customer Hub & Help.
This role sits within the Commercial directorate and focuses on ba.com and the British Airways mobile app - core customer-facing platforms that directly influence customer experience and commercial performance.
You’ll work closely with development (including offshore teams), design, research and business stakeholders to define product vision, prioritise delivery and ensure the team is focused on delivering high-value, user-centred outcomes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
