Senior Product Owner
Senior Product Consultant – Permanent Full-Time Role

As we grow, we’re looking to hire an experienced Senior Product Consultant on a permanent basis. You’ll be a key member of our consultancy team, driving the development of impactful digital products and overseeing a diverse portfolio of technical initiatives.
Responsibilities
Core Requirements
- Background and experience: Operating as a Product Owner within the full Product Development Lifecycle (from idea to live), with an Agile focus
- Agile expertise: Pragmatic approach to Agile methods and frameworks
- Product guidance: Ability to form product Vision, Strategies, and roadmaps
- Analytics focus: Sharp eye for detail, especially regarding KPIs and Metrics, but also the ability to see the bigger picture
- Facilitation: Natural ability to facilitate workshops and bring people into collaborative conversations
- Prioritisation: Proven experience in prioritising work based on value, and identifying diminishing return on investment in projects
- Technical & strategic balance: Technical knowledge paired with business acumen
- Customer-centric mindset: ABCD thinking—always keeping customer first
- Proactive mindset: Self-starter with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire stakeholders and partners to drive collaboration and alignment
