Senior Product Owner
Senior Product Consultant – Permanent, Full-Time

As we grow, we're looking to hire an experienced Senior Product Consultant on a permanent basis. You'll be a key member of our consultancy team, driving the development of impactful digital products and overseeing a diverse portfolio of technical initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements (Essential)
- Proven background in an Agile methodology, with experience operating as a Product Owner throughout the entire Product Development Lifecycle (from ideation to live deployment)
- A pragmatic approach to Agile methods and frameworks, balancing flexibility with discipline
- Ability to define Product Vision, Strategy, and Roadmaps with clear alignment to business objectives
- Keen eye for KPIs and Metrics—capable of tracking performance while retaining a big-picture perspective
- Strong facilitation skills, able to bring teams into engaging collaborative conversations
- Expertise in prioritisation, ensuring work delivers maximum value and avoids diminishing returns
- A balance between technical knowledge and strong business acumen
- True customer-first, ABCD thinking mindset
- Proactive, self-starter with exceptional project management skills
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining high standards
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of influencing and inspiring teams and partners
