About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Owner to support the business in delivering critical systems that drive business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping digital products, defining product vision, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact solutions.
You will act as the vital link between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring that digital products align with organisational goals and deliver measurable value. Working within an Agile environment, you will:
- Help prioritise the product backlog
- Translate business needs into actionable requirements
- Drive continuous improvement across our digital services
- Support all product owners across the business to achieve consistency in approach, standards, and delivery
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and communicate a clear product vision
- Align product goals with wider business objectives and user needs
- Support governance processes to ensure compliance and consistency
- Own and maintain a well-defined, prioritised product backlog
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories
- Work closely with:
- Business analysts
- Project managers
- Architects
- Technical leads
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including:
- Sprint planning
- Stand-ups
- Reviews
- Retrospectives
- Provide clarity to development teams and accept completed deliverables
- Continuously refine the backlog based on feedback and evolving priorities
- Make informed decisions balancing:
- Technical constraints
- User experience
- Business impact
- Maximise the value delivered by development teams

Additional Responsibilities
- Support reporting on budget requirements and expected benefits
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Use data and insights to guide product decisions and identify improvements
About You
We are looking for a results-driven Product Owner with a strong track record of delivering digital products and driving business value.
Essential Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Product Owner (or similar) in Agile environments
- Proven experience in:
- Delivering product strategies
- Managing product roadmaps
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence at all organisational levels
- Experience working with:
- Multidisciplinary teams
- Facilitating workshops
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Strong analytical mindset with:
- Experience defining KPIs
- Measuring outcomes
- Demonstrated success in delivering features that improve:
- Operational efficiency
- Financial performance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including:
- Experience working with senior leadership

- Experience in:
