As we grow we’re looking to hire an experienced Senior Product Consultant on a permanent basis. You'll be a key member of our consultancy team, driving the development of impactful digital products and overseeing a diverse portfolio of technical initiatives.

Requirements

These are some of the things we are looking for...

  • Agile background and experience operating as Product Owner within the full Product Development Lifecycle (from idea to live)
  • A pragmatic approach to Agile methods and frameworks
  • Ability to form product Vision, Strategies and roadmaps
  • A keen eye for detail with regards to KPIs and Metrics, but also the ability to see the bigger picture.
  • Natural facilitator bringing people into conversations and workshops to ensure true collaboration
  • Proven experience in prioritising work based on value, and identifying any diminishing return on investment for projects
  • Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen
  • Customer first, ABCD thinking mindset
  • Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment

  • Experience in working in multiple industries or sectors
  • Experience in a Tech Consultancy Company
  • Experience of working in both Public and Private sectors
