Senior Product Owner – D365 CE and Custom Portal

Hybrid Product Owner & Lead Business Analyst

About the Role Workwell Global (WWG) specialises in simplifying global hiring by managing complex aspects like compliance, payroll, and onboarding, allowing employers to focus on business growth. WWG is executing a strategic transformation programme to unite its Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) capabilities across Sales and Customer Service, alongside a custom-built client/worker portal.

This hybrid Product Owner / Lead Business Analyst role suits professionals with a strong analytical background who appreciate bridging strategic vision and detailed execution. You’ll define product vision, own end-to-end delivery quality, and balance business value with technical pragmatism for both D365 CE and the standalone portal.

You’ll report to the Group Product Owner, collaborating with the Delivery Manager to govern workflows from discovery to go-live and hypercare.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership

  • Own and prioritise the D365 CE and portal product backlog, ensuring alignment with business value and strategic OKRs.
  • Maintain a groomed pipeline across all CRM workstreams with clear epics, features, and user stories.
  • Define and align the D365 CE roadmap with WWG’s strategic objectives, translating business goals into phased deliverables with transparent dependencies.

Business Analysis & Requirement Lead

  • Partner with WWG’s Senior Leadership Team to translate operational needs into D365 CE product roadmaps, design decisions, and functional specifications.
  • Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder engagements to elicit high-quality requirements (BRDs, FRDs, process maps, data dictionaries).
  • Author testable user stories with unambiguous acceptance criteria for development and UAT execution.
  • Collaborate on gap analysis between legacy and D365 CE, delivering Microsoft-aligned recommendations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
