Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Product Owner, who will take full ownership of ecosio’s e-archiving product from strategy to compliant delivery within our existing platform and solution. In this role, you will focus on turning regulatory, customer, and operational needs into a scalable archiving product that is compliant, reliable, and commercially attractive across international markets—ensuring market fit, long-term stability, and high customer satisfaction.

- Defining and driving the e-archiving product strategy, roadmap and delivery priorities
- Translating country-specific legal and compliance requirements into clear product capabilities
- Owning discovery with customers, Legal, Operations, Engineering and external partners
- Shaping the integration, migration approach, monitoring needs and operational workflows
- Prioritizing build vs. partner decisions and making trade-offs transparent
- Leading delivery with Engineering while keeping scope focused and outcomes measurable
- Establishing product documentation, decision records, and handover material for internal teams
- Owning & tracking adoption, quality, reliability, compliance readiness and commercial success after launch

Qualifications
To connect with ecosio it is important to have…
- 5+ years of experience in senior product ownership or management roles, ideally in Enterprise B2B SaaS, compliance-heavy, accounting or platform products
- A proven ability to structure ambiguous regulatory and complex technical problems into a clear & actionable requirements & roadmaps
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working closely with Engineering, Legal, Operations, and customer-facing teams
- A good technical understanding of APIs, data retention policies, auditability, and enterprise-level workflows
- A clear communication style combined with strong prioritization and stakeholder management skills
- A strong bias toward pragmatic execution without ever losing sight of long-term product success
- Fluency in English
And nice to have...
- Experience with e-invoicing, e-archiving, tax compliance, EDI or document exchange systems
- Deep knowledge of retention policies, audit trails, qualified archives, or country-specific mandates
- Experience working with international enterprise organizations and their needs
