Job Title: Senior Product Quality Engineer
Our international semiconductor client is currently searching for a Senior Product Quality Engineer to resolve customer quality issues, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring robust quality processes across product development and manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer return (RMA) investigations, technical communications, containment actions, 8D reports, and production support (50%)
- Resolve non-conformance (NCMR) and quality excursions with suppliers and subcontract manufacturers, ensuring effective corrective actions (20%)
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S, while maintaining ISO 9001 compliance (15%)
- Support new product introductions by embedding quality practices, participating in FMEA reviews, and influencing product reliability and manufacturing quality (15%)

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- 10+ years’ experience in semiconductor or optical transceiver manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of high-speed optical circuits and transistor technologies (SiGe HBT, BiCMOS, BCD)
- Expertise in analog circuit design, signal integrity, high-speed amplifiers, bias circuits, and current sources
- Extensive experience with quality systems and tools including ISO 9001, CAPA, NCMR, SPC, FMEA, Control Plans, 8D, and statistical analysis
- Proven customer and supplier quality experience across wafer fabrication, assembly, testing, and optical module manufacturing
