Description
The Worldwide Grocery Private Brands International team is looking for an entrepreneurial, experienced, and analytical Senior Quality Manager. You will join a dynamic, fast-paced, fun, and collaborative work environment where you will help build and scale our business within both physical stores and online channels.
This role ensures that products are consistently produced and delivered to our customers to our quality expectations. You will be expected to drive activities across several stakeholder teams including Product Development, Category Managers, Food Safety, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and suppliers to ensure the maintenance of quality expectations for our food & beverage products.
This position will focus on monitoring product performance of launched products, managing trend analysis, customer complaint issue identification, facilitate product and process improvement initiatives with suppliers and internal cross-functional teams. This position will influence process improvements to commercialization processes and upstream product and supplier decisions through product quality benchmarking at category and subcategory levels, leveraging product testing and customer insights. This position will ensure robust quality performance reporting mechanisms, aligned with Worldwide Product Quality team to track program, product, and supplier performance metrics. The position will require resourcefulness and creativity to learn new tools and systems to identify opportunities to drive automation and simplification of data management.
The right person for this role must be customer obsessed and enjoy using data and mechanisms to drive improvements that maintain customer trust with of our brands and products. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, enjoy working with data and identifying trends from large data sets, have high attention to detail, strong vision for quality standards and programs, able to develop sound recommendations for product/process improvements. This candidate must be able to build and maintain strong interpersonal working relationships across teams and regions, able to earn trust and influence teams, be solution oriented, have solid problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate clearly (verbal and written) with technical and non-technical teams alike, and be motivated by a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Ensure robust WW Product Quality program, supporting both pre-launch and post launch initiatives.
- Ensure inspection mechanisms across all quality programs to ensure Amazon standards are met and maintain ongoing alignment of quality metrics, KPIs, and SOPs across regions.
- Ensure effectiveness of Quality Underperforming Product Program to monitor product performance post launch and drive improvement initiatives, working effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and suppliers.
- Navigate roadblocks and work with cross-functional stakeholders and suppliers to drive corrective actions without compromising on product safety, compliance, or customer satisfaction.
- Ensure robust technical supplier performance assessments, supplier quality probation programs, and support supplier process improvements initiatives.
- Ensure robust management of quality performance metrics and reporting mechanisms.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
- Experience using data and metrics to influence senior leadership and drive organizational change
- Experience in customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services
- Experience in written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive)
- Experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing, planning, and managing time
- Experience in manufacturing, production, distribution logistics environments, retail, or grocery management roles

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI/ML technologies
- Experience participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results, or experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis
- Diversified experience with entire product lifecycle and supply chain (R&D, scale-up, material sourcing, operations management, customer feedback)
